Terms & Conditions
1. Any mortality (DOA) on the way will be deducted from the invoice by providing the picture. The picture must be sent via e-mail within 24 hours of arrival, claims are not allowed if more than 24 hours after receiving the shipment.
2. Any mortality happened (DOA) if flight delayed because of engine trouble or misconnection flight with approval and receipt sign by one of the cargo officer as witness from the airline involved or other causes beyond our power, the lost must shared between shipper and consignee of each a half ( 50% ) unless if the loss can be claimed and paid immediately.
3. All DOA (Death On Arrival) claim will be use as a credit for next shipment.
4. Any shipment without news to shipper must be accepted in well by consignee, and claims are not allowed if no report less than 24 hours after receiving the shipment.
5. Payments must be full payment according proforma invoice as requested from consignee.
6. All the amount that being paid are not included the transfer fee, consignee must paid all the transfer fee/bank charge.
7. The minimum order is US$ 2,500.00
8. After confirming any order, US$ 500.- (permit and handling fee) should be transfered for processing the permit + 50% Down Payment for booking the animals.
This permit only last for 3 months. Isuing new permit will be charge another US$ 250 and will shorter the time limit.
Permit fee and down payment are not refunable.
9. We will pay the cites permit and handling charge, if the invoice is over US$ 2,500.-
10. The rest of the payment must be paid in full amount after receiving the export permit.
11. Prices of every species can be changed any time without notice and will be advised in our next offeror new stock list.
12. Payments are not accepted by Banker draft of personal checks, and only accepted by Telegraphic Transfer ( TT ).
13. Packing charges is US$ 40.- each box with standard size of cases (80cmx55cmx40cm) with material of wood double braids wire ( Mosquito braid + braid wire with 0.50 cm of holes ), with flour bags in the cases.
The Prepaid Freight Cost should be paid in full amount.
